It is enriched with a special Yeast Extract rich in complex B-vitamins.
It is recommended for fermentation, and especially for hard to grow pathogenic bacteria.

Polyphenol naturally present in Soya bean can be a potent inhibiting factor for some pathogenic bacteria. We decided to manufacture this new Soy Peptone with an additional treatment during manufacturing process in order to lower the polyphenol content.
Soy Peptone A4X contains a mix of peptides and free amino acids.
Soy Peptone A4X is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only.
Soy peptone A4X is guaranteed “non GMO” according to the European Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
