Pea Peptone IDH is a new non allergenic/non GMO pea peptone hydrolyzed with microbial enzyme.
This enzymatic hydrolysate of pea protein has been developed to optimize the hydrolysis step by improving the degree of hydrolysis .

Fine cream powder soluble in water.
Pea Peptone IDH contains a mix of peptides and free amino acids.
Pea Peptone IDH is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only.
Pea Peptone IDH is guaranteed “non GMO” according to the European Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

Pea Peptone IDH has been designed for industrial fermentation and analytical microbiology

Packing and storage

25 kg net corrugated board box with inner polyethylene bags.
Other packagings upon request.
Hygroscopic product.
Keep in original packaging closed when not in use at room temperature in a dry area.
