Yeast Extract FB is a primary grown Yeast Extract of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Description

Beige powder soluble in water.
Yeast Extract FB is rich in complex B-vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and biotin.

Use

Yeast Extract FB is used in many types of fermentations including lactic acid bacteria fermentations and pharmaceutical fermentations.
It is especially recommended for hard to grow pathogenic bacteria.
Source of organic nitrogen and growth factors recommended in media for Industrial fermentation.

Packing and storage

25 kg net corrugated board box with inner polyethylene bags.
Other packagings upon request.
Hygroscopic product.
Keep in original packaging closed when not in use at room temperature in a dry area.
